Maybe you are wondering why women?
Since I was a little kid, I have been surrounded and influenced by courageous and strong women. The first was my mom. As a child, she told me “life is a matter of strategy and balance” and since then, that has been my mantra. She used to dress me up every birthday like Wonder Woman; she said she wanted me to always remember to be strong without forgetting my feminine side. I also had 3 grandmas; yes 3, all examples of endeavor and resilience. Two of them never had the opportunity to go to school, however they worked hard and taught themselves to read and basic math.
With all that inspiration, some years ago I decided to make a deal with myself to try everything that scares me but will make me stronger and gradually help me build my confidence. I’m still afraid of facing big challenges sometimes because I don’t think I have what it takes. However, going through the path of discovering myself by taking courageous actions has helped me to understand my strengths, my motivators and the value I bring to the table.
After working with numerous women from different countries and diverse industries, I found out that this is a common fear, the fear of not being prepared enough, capable enough, good enough, etc. I want to support you to take those courageous actions so your talents are not lost. I promise to be your ally and accountability partner to help you to build a strategy that is aligned with who you are and what you want so you can achieve extraordinary results while you enjoy the ride.
